No a/c units should be run with a cover on. Besides not working properly a unit could be damaged

Is one piece for the inside and one piece for the outside? Is that what 2-piece means?

The best I can figure is the second "piece" is a roll of tape. Quite a disappointment considering we have 2 units to cover; curses on false advertisement.
