The instructions in the box provide helpful solutions, and I also explain how to solve it in my video.The water pressure is excellent, and the water feels soft and clean. I genuinely feel refreshed after each shower, and it’s reassuring to know the water is being filtered.Overall, this is a high-quality product that delivers on its promises. For less than 40 dollars, it’s an exceptional shower. A few things:LEAKS: I had no leaks, but I wrapped each male fitting 3 times with the included plumbers tape (thanks!) as I was taught by a pumper friend many moons ago. Except the filter canister, that was left completely alone/no tape/no leaks.FILTER: I’m a little worried about the canister, it’s very light plastic, but it should be fine for some time. The rest of the hardware is all metal and I appreciate that. Out of everything, the hand sprayer, filter canister, and sprayer mount look cheepo. The rest of the set looks and feels great.HAND SPRAYER: I was so worried about this. It’s *very* light and plastic. I’ve had plastic ones that seem a lot sturdier than this. It doesn’t look the absolute cheapest, but the mount does. My goodness the wall mount it’s ugly as sin, but the adhesive is so strong! I’m kind of upset I used it, hoping it will come off so I can get a different one. The actual hand sprayer is so high pressure (could be used as a stand alone shower if you mount it high enough) and really nice to use, I’m really impressed by it and will keep it until it needs replacing.WATER PRESSURE: A few reviews mentioned lessened water pressure. I wrongfully assumed this was because of the filter, it’s not! The rain tile is not high pressure because it’s not meant to be. That is where you may loose pressure, for me it’s about the same as my former shower head. The hand sprayer is double my former (and very expensive) high pressure set. It’s wonderful.RAIN TILE: The chrome finish is a mirror. And it doesn’t fog. If you’re planning to use this as a regular shower head without an extension for the rain tile, prepare to see everything lol. I’ve used it as both a regular shower head and rain tile. If you’re over 5’5” I really would recommend an extension, it’s a better experience anyway.

This shower with a filter really surprised me. The water comes out with great pressure, but at the same time it feels softer on my skin and hair. Since I started using it, I've noticed that my hair is less dry and my skin is much more hydrated. I no longer feel as itchy after showering.The filter is really noticeable, because the water feels cleaner and odor-free. Plus, installation was very simple; I had it working in just a few minutes. The design is also beautiful and modern, which adds a touch of class to the bathroom.Overall, it's a totally worthwhile purchase. If you're looking to improve the quality of the water in your shower and take care of your skin and hair, I recommend it 100%.

Easy install. Good quality for price. Water pressure is fine. Handheld device is good addition. Make sure to use the included tape to insure no leaks between shower head.

I typically don't write reviews for everything I buy, but this deserved one in case this can help someone else out too. I noticed my eczema flaring up once we moved into our country home with treated well water a few years ago and couldn't figure out what to do. I tried all the washes and creams, but nothing really made any substantial difference until I installed these shower heads in both our bathrooms. I'll admit, I was skeptical, but JUST TRY IT. I noticed a difference in my skin softness and moisture in about a week or so, and I've noticed that it hasn't come back since then either. The install is crazy easy (might have taken 10 minutes and didn't even need to use the tape) and each one comes with an extra filter. The wand is also a great feature for those with kiddos. The only "negative" thing I'll say is that because of the filter section, they tend to hang lower than a normal, non-filtered head would, so you might have to take that into account. Otherwise, HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

My roommates and I bought this showerhead after moving to a new apartment and noticing that we were all losing excess amounts of hair while showering. After switching to this shower, the hair loss stopped and we can actually enjoy showering now. The water comes out just fine, and I love the fact that you can use both shower heads at once, or switch between the two. The hose length for the handheld shower is pretty long, so it can reach quite a long way. I will say, if you're using this to filter hard water, it does work, but that white hard water residue will build up on the shower head. This is expected as it'll happen with almost any shower head, so you'll just need to clean it every now and then (which you should be doing anyway). We've had no issues with leaks, weak water pressure, or any other common shower issues. I would recommend!

I had high hopes for this product but was severely disappointed.I purchased this shower head about 8 months ago and the part that connects to the shower arm/ holds the filter has completely cracked out of nowhere and is spewing water out of every side. I’ve never had this happen before with any shower head let alone less than a year in.Very cheap material I would NOT recommend buying this product.I even reached out to the company regarding this issue and received no response.
