Seiko Men's SNKK17 Stainless Steel Analog with Black Dial Watch

I've had this watch for about 3 months rocking it at work everyday bartending and its held up beautifully and i get many compliments and noticeable gazes. personally i slapped a leather strap on it and i think it looks great but get a little kit to switch out bands whenever you want and you're golden.

Purchased this watch as a gift for my Dad. What I like about it is the dial is larger and it has both the day and date on it. The band is silver tone but the hands and face markings are gold tone. Glows in the dark. The watch has the option to set in Spanish also. This is a wrist movement wound watch. The one thing is that link removal is not easily tackled on your own - go to a jeweler who sells watches and have the links removed. I stopped in one jeweler who referred me to another. Even so, this watch is worth the trouble. Dad who's in his mid 80's says it's much easier to read. The day and date is helpful for tracking appointments.

This is my 2nd Seiko watch. As usual, it wasn't a disappointment. I would recommend this for anyone who is interested in a starter mechanical watch.

I bought this watch after my swatch stoped working. This watch looks very nice, feels like a high quality product. The band is a little long and I removed one link with simple tools. I do not take it off unless showering. After more than a week, it still syncronizes with the time of my computer. Thus, it is at least within one minute to the standard time. I am very happy with the watch and looking forward to wearing it for a long time.

Excellent watch. Uses the 7s26c movement which doesn't hack or wind. Movement is branded on the movement train bridge and below the balance plate. It's the movement before the regular Seiko 5 now which is not branded except for the rotor in the entire movement. Anyway, this watch doesn't hack or wind except for the automatic works by the moment of the wrist, but it keeps really good time, the dial is not overly large for regular wrists. The less works in this now discontinued movement, makes it more robust and reliable due to the design. They are good value for resale and they are collectable watches with the serial number marking the year and month of construction on the case-back. Anyway. I believe they are very reliable and now collectable. The bracelet is nice looking, but I put a black leather strap on mine. I definitely think that these watches are really good for the money considering all these things and will last a lifetime with proper servicing. I have 4 of the 7s26 movement Seiko watches with the different cases. This is a good dress watch and goes well with most attire. Nice placed indices on the dial and it is not heavy with a good solid workhorse for a movement. Id encourage anyone who wants to buy a good automatic/mechanical watch for their first buy to buy this or one like it. Beautiful watch. Mine runs at abou t+8-10 seconds per day which is excellent

This is the first automatic watch that i have ever owned after years and years of searching for one that i would like to own and actually wear. The small case size (38mm) was one of the features i was looking for. It looks very stylish and well made for the price. You will not go wrong with this beautiful watch.
