Not as thick as advertised
I ordered this for the thickness - advertised 4". When I opened it up and looked at the brochure inside, it stated the mattress was only 2.8". After inflating it, 2.8" is more accurate. When inflated, it was comfortable enough, though, even for side sleeping, and it is very long and wide. It only weighs 1 lb. 13 oz, which is pretty light, especially for the large size. The pillow is inflated with the rest of the mat, so there is no way to adjust the depth of the pillow. For the price, it seems like a keeper even though it isn't as thick as advertised.

So far so good; worth the price.
Product was delivered on time, so points for that. The sleeping mat and bag are fairly lightweight which is exactly what I was looking for. I plan on doing a lot of camping this summer and was hoping this would be good for backpacking as well.Once opened and out of the bag I was a little hesitant on the material. I didn’t think it would hold up, so I blew the mattress pad up and laid on it for some time. Deflated it for a few hours, then inflated it once more. My partner and I took turns laying on it and no issues. We’re both side sleepers and wanted something that wouldn’t hurt our sides when sleeping .When FULLY inflated you can’t feel the ground below you which is awesome. Stayed fully inflated and didn’t lose any air as we tested it out.A little squeaky, but not as bad as other products I’ve tried. The real test of time will come in two weeks when we take it out camping with the dog. Will update review then.Easy to deflate and fit back inside the bag it came in.My only real qualm was that it does take awhile to inflate. I stepped on the self-inflating thing about 50+ times to fully inflate it. I mean better than blowing into it or bringing a pump, but still.Worth the price so far.

Great for slumber parties and camping
We just got an 8 person tent and can’t wait to use it! We bought this pad for my teenager because we will use a Queen air mattress for the rest of us. The pump was really interesting and fast! Just step on the spongy thing and viola. There are small snaps on the left and right side that I think are meant to connect more of these for a larger bed? Not sure but I may try. We used this for a sleepover already and was so easy. It’s surprisingly comfortable! I weigh 170lbs and thought it wouldnt hold my bottom off the floor but it did great and the pillow is actually perfect! I am now looking to get a queen size so I don’t have to bring the air mattress.

Good for price
Not exactly what I was expecting, I was surprised to see how thin it was and made me nervous, as I'm a little on the heavy side. It took a while to figure out how to pump it up (my tent you can't stand in, but you can use your hands to pump it up!) once you get the hang of it, it pumps up really fast. Then I laid down and yes, it's thin, but it holds me up pretty well. Even laying on my side, I did not touch the ground. Not quite as comfy as a regular air mattress but it will be fine for camping and backpacking (which is what I bought it for). It's way better than sleeping on the ground. It has a built in pillow but I will definitely need something a little more for a pillow. It's very long. Longer than my twin air mattress. So tall people have nothing to worry about! It almost is too tall for the length of my tent!I'd recommend this for anyone who needs something less expensive. For the price, this is a good deal. If you can spend more, then I'd go for a more expensive one. This will do for me though!

Comfortable, Easy, and kept me DRY when flooded!
I was genuinely happily surprised by this sleeping pad! It was used for a longish high-elevation (12k) backpacking trip, and it all but saved my ass when our tent flooded one stormy night and I woke up on an island in the middle of a lake, so to speak. My sleeping bag and I were dry even with the pad being submerged in water for who knows how many hours before waking. Big gratitude for that!It was also remarkably easy to pump up with the foot pump, you just have to do a fun little hillbilly dance while it inflates, and presto! And to top it all off, it was wildly comfortable. Didn’t necessarily handle every single bump of the land, but it cushioned the bumpy terrain so that at least any sharp slopes softened. It was lightweight enough for genuine backpacking although my mountaineer instructor may think otherwise — It was worth the extra few oz’s to me for the comfort and having remarkably stayed dry.It doesn’t handle temperature fluctuation super well and may deflate a little over time if there’s big temp flux — I had it inflated for 10 days and needed to re-inflate it once when I went from inflating it in the outdoor cold to using it in my toasty warm car on the last day of the trip… but that’s a pretty solid outcome so its still a 5 from me, and the pumping up is easy enough. Not sure how it would stand up longevity wise, but for the trip I took that was NOT delicate on it, it held up nicely. It also looks like it has snaps all along the edges that you can link to another part of the same kind, which I’m interested in trying when going camping with my partner. Will buy another!
