Q: Is there a support cage available for it?

No support cage available yet. If you needed one would either buy one that surrounds the Smart Farm or just position the Smart Farm next to a trellis. Thank you very much

Q: How big are the individual plant sites?

Each pocket is W: 6" x L: 7" and 8 inches deep. You can grow rooted plants in these as well. (4) pockets per Planter totaling (20) Plant Sites. Growers support on mrstacky.com or on Mr Stacky Facebook page. Thank you very much

Q: what is the electicity usage of the pump? how many watts is the pump and does it run non stop?

I believe the pump included is the ActiveAqua 250 gal/hr submersible pump, which is 16 watts. I have noticed no marked difference on my electric bill. The pump per instructions runs in 5 minute intervals initially (1) per Day up to (3) per day. The instructions are based on use of coco peat, which is highly absorptive. If you used a medium like growstone, the frequency of circulation would need to increase.
