Works wonders with Fondant
I love this stuff I use it for all kinds of baking needs. It works wonders with fondant by flavoring it very well. i highly recommend.

Helps Make Perfect Icing
After many attempts with other ingredients, this product finally helped me make Royal Icing with the perfect consistency. I added 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract and the icing tasted great! The only downside to this product was that the lid broke when I first opened it. The packaging was a little cheap, so I was never able to shut it again. That being said, the product still stayed fresh and I was able to re-use it multiple times. I will be purchasing this product to help decorate cookies in the future.

Worked well for first time royal icing
I have never made royal icing, because I did not want to use egg whites in frosting. I found out about this powder at a cookie decorating class. The frosting turned out perfect and delicious and no egg whites required!
