Q: Should this be diluted with water before use?

Hi , I use this product on all types of alloy wheels. Spray it on un diluted. Agitate if required with a boar hair or wheel brush to remove the more stubborn elements of brake fall out and then hose or power wash off. I only let the cleaner soak for a few minutes to dissolve the brake fall out. I Don't let it dry out.
