Pretty good
For less than 200$, a tower, keyboard, mouse, and light up mousepad, it's actually not bad at all. i don't hate the sound of the keys, the mouse was wired and awkward to hold but did not create any friction with the mousepad, and the mousepad doesn't make my sensory issues go haywire like most do (aka material is great, and you can just run it under water to wash it without hurting the lights). Tower itself does its job alright, internal memory is 238gb but system takes up a quarter, its kinda slow especially when its full and its windows 10pro, and doesn't come with a graphics card like standard. Comes with exterior wifi dongle but not bluetooth, so no bluetooth capability. Overall its a great package deal if you're looking for a cheap home computer.

Great value
Easy setup and everything worked. I found out that monitor cables are unidirectional so if your running a tv as a monitor make sure you get a VGA to HDMI and not an HDMI to VGA which is actually cheaper. I ended up using a DisplayPort- HDMI but that has nothing to do with the computer.

This is not what it was to be a new computer with a high end processer that should be fairly quick
I bought this for a future installation and did not try to get it up and running for about months. It dopes not have a cd/dvd player (no real surprise) did not have the program to take it to wifi, and seems to be missing a lot of updates and is slow as all get out. I had to either go back to tech support to get a special download to make it wifi compatible or buy an external wifi hookup which is what I did.I am thinking that this is a problem with HP because my Mom has a fairly new HP and it seems to be having the same problems as far as slow download speeds. The real kicker is that in trying to get the thing to speed up I came across an area that said the computer was 8 years old! Despite having purchased it last year (2023) a lot of the latest updates indicate 2019 and on.So far it has been a total bust and very disappointing.I have not tried tech support but I am not going to hold my breath on that one either after everything else that has happened

Small gaming computer
Runs great. Easy to set up. Make sure you have the right monitor that fits the tower. Speed is fine. Step son is satisfied with it. Only problem is it could use an additional graphics card. Not sure if an external one is available. Lights look neat. Noise level is fine.

1 Star Problems with a 5 Star Machine
This is not a gaming PC. This is a repurposed office PC with some RGB lights added. This PC would have been at home in a call center in 2014. But, that's not a bad thing if that's what you need.Video Outs: 2x DP and 1x VGA, there is NO HDMIUSB: There are 2x USB 3.0 (1st gen) ports and 2x 1.0(?) USB ports on the front panel. There are 4x 1.0(?) USB and 2x USB 3.0 (1st gen) on the back panel.PS/2: There is 1x Mouse and 1x Keyboard PS/2 inputs on the back panel. This is an old (ten years or so) office PC that has been refurbished, had some lights thrown in, and had the HDD upgraded to a (cheap) SSD. All of the non-factory parts in this PC are dirt cheap - but functional. The mouse and keyboard (and in my case a random webcam) are USED products. They have no packaging, and mine came with fingerprints, smudges, and food(?) on them. They're also very generic - but functional. If you're thinking about getting this PC for gaming: DON'T. There is one exception which I will discuss at the end of this review. This is not a gaming PC. If the RGB lighting has fooled you, then you need to do more research before buying ANY PC.That said, this PC is excellent value for money _IF_ you know what you're doing with tech and need a PC with the specific features that make this PC a good buy.I bought this PC to replace an even older desktop PC (GT5476E). One of my relatives decided to "upgrade" it with Windows 10 a few years ago (it shipped with Vista originally), and that essentially bricked it. An elder parent (90+) used to love playing Solitaire on that PC, and I wanted something that would replace it as easily and inexpensively as possible. The Good:---While generic, the SSD and 8GB of RAM make this a snappy little light-load PC. On Windows 10 it boots up in under 15 seconds, and doesn't feel sluggish doing basic web browsing.VGA and PS/2 ports are a BOON for me, as I wanted to keep the same old trackball and keyboard (both PS/2) that the parent was used to using.---It came with a DVD RW drive, which was not advertised. I don't know if it works, but it's a nice bonus. Also a free random (used and cheap) webcam came in the box.---The PC was very well packaged without being OVER-packaged. Shipment and delivery were very fast via FedEx.---This PC was designed to be sat flat and have a monitor sit on top of it, as is common in an office setting. It does stand vertically, too (but without rubber feet). It's a nice compact form factor.I'm gonna toss the added RGB light strips into the good category, even though I turned them off immediately with the included remote and will never use them again. The BAD BAD BAD:~~~~~~YOU NEED TO WIPE AND INSTALL A FRESH COPY OF WINDOWS~~~~~~This PC claims to come with a fresh install of Windows 10 Pro... however, it is a modified version of Windows 10 that the seller has put their own software into. On the surface, this seems to be related to a built-in "support" program. However, to use that program you must connect to the internet and allow the program to make modifications to your PC. It also appears to be connected to a support company outside of the USA. I do not trust this kind of thing AT ALL and I do not recommend anyone else does, either.---The mouse and keyboard are clearly used and were not thoroughly cleaned to "like-new" standards. They're also extremely cheap and not high quality - but they work if you have nothing else.---The PC does not have built in Wi-Fi, but it does come with a Wi-Fi dongle which you can plug into a USB port if you want to use Wi-Fi. Again, I do not trust cheap third party dongles to handle the flow of all of my data to the internet, so the included Wi-Fi dongle (also used, no instructions or packaging or branding) is going straight to the trash.---This PC is being deceptively advertised as a "basic" gaming pc. It is absolutely not even a beginner level gaming PC and this is a deceptive practice to prey on parents, grandparents, and non-savvy shoppers who are trying to get a good deal for themselves or their kids. It's abusive. Tech Magnet, just call this PC what it is and don't try to deceive people with RGB and the word "gaming".Final thoughts:---For a PC that is going to be exclusively playing the Windows 7 version of Solitaire, this PC is perfect. This is the only legitimate "gaming" use this thing has.---Overall, for $120 shipped, this is a fantastic value IF it's what you need. But it probably isn't unless all you need is a web browser, windows 7/10 built-in games, word processing, and light work duties.---Tech Magnet, if you advertised this properly and didn't ship it with sketchy software included, I would have given this 5 stars. But, because of your lack of transparency regarding the unofficial software and "gaming" claims, I must give it 3 stars.
