I received a defective product. It took a week to arrive and footrest didn’t pop out and click back smoothly. Upon inspection found that the recliner mechanism was bent towards left very badly. The back rest is also a little awkward. I want to return the item but Amazon shows that I declined pickup. Again I contacted the customer care twice to know that the pick has been scheduled after 3 days as no pick up is available on a near date. Now im worried whether I will be able to return it or not.

Firstly i never give a feedback but this time I would love to do that because the recliner was so...... comfort and looks like bossy to my old furniture. But there one thing which I little disappointed is that the packaging was damage but the recliner was safe and no damage found. I am happy at last.

Very good fabric, quality is very good, good support, looks cool, functionality working fine and comfortable for daily use. Easy to use. Good sleep with back support.

overall a very good product. Bought brown colour and Im very happy with the leather quality and colour. It’s sturdy and easy to use. Much recommended.
