Good product, good response from seller

Purchased this excellent product. Looks just beautiful. Very neat and crisp finish.The LED lights stopped working after a few months. Maybe due to voltage surge at my end, which might have damaged the Adaptor.On getting in touch with Seller, he was prompt enough to provide a new Adaptor Replacement. Seller couriered the same, without any additional or extra charge.I wanted to share the courier expense, but seller was modest enough and replied that customers satisfaction with his product was of utmost importance.Kudos to the seller. Product is again working fine and is enhancing the Aura in my temple area. Thanks for such a wonderful experience. Best wishes.

The media could not be loaded. It is very nice and gives a great look to my mandir...the only problem I faced is that it's adaptor stopped working within 3days of use...I request the seller to provide a new adaptor if possible,it will be a great help.

OM design is beautifully carved in wood and polished nicely. Background LED warm white light looks stunning. But the choke given to LED strip is little bit bigger about 4 *2*1 inches dimensions. It’s difficult to hide but I managed to stick that brick behind the OM. Overall liked this product for this price. If you want to buy this same piece outside, it will cost around 3 thousand. But this seller is giving it for 1.2K and it’s worth for every penny.

Selling different product than shown. Looks like craft made by children. Not even worth Rs 100. Very low quality and different product sent. Nothing to hang. Road side adapter provided instead of inbuilt choke. No cover or finishing on back side.

Nice packing and good quality.. wire length is also good, not like other appliances these days which come with just tiny wire.. posted picture for reference, quick delivery as well..
