As a man of a certain age with an enlarged prostate already taking prescription Tamsulosin daily (which I would not be without), I was still getting up 5 or 6 times a night to urinate, even after ceasing to drink liquids after 6pm. So when I came across these pumpkin oil capsules I was interested, but, doubted they would be of any use as the world is full of miracle cures, which are not! However, I read some of the more positive reviews and I reasoned that it was worth a punt even if there were no positive results, so I ordered a 90 day pack and started taking one each day in the morning. To be honest I was not expecting anything to happen and also figured it would need several weeks to take effect, if it was going to. Now here is the thing after about 6 weeks or so I gradually became aware of the fact that I was now down to just two toilet visits each night, the first about 3 to 4 am then the second about 6am and on occasions only one loo trip before 7am, so this was a vast improvement on 5 to 6 times a night (sometimes more). I realise that these things are subjective, but, for me there have been tangible positive results. I have now gone past the 3 month point and I am still on 2 trips a night, so I am now on my second 90 day pack, plus absolutely no side effects whatsoever. The capsules are quite large and on one occasion I managed to get one nearly stuck in my throat, so now my swallowing method is to have a mouthful of tea with the capsule lined up in my mouth and then flick my head back which I guess opens up my throat and down she goes, simples. It is worth remembering I am also on Tamsulosin, so it is a combination of the two which works for me, but, to anyone in my position I would very much recommend these capsules.

Excellent product. It did exactly what it was supposed to for my hair. 10/10 very reasonably priced. Cold pressed pumpkin seed oil in slender 1000mg gelatine capsules which I found very easy to swallow. Also minimum packaging. Very very happy with product. Thank you. The media could not be loaded. I bought these Pumpkin seed oil capsules to help with bladder problems.I have been using for over a month but personally have not noticed any difference at all 😒. I will continue to see if it improves on length of time taken. ( will update!)That said my hair is shining & my skin glowing..people keep commenting on how well I look 😊 so I may well continue for this alone 🤣I would probably drop to one capsule per day rather than the recommended three as it works out quite expensive for 30 days supply. Seems a bit confusing as the front of the pack says 3000mg leading me to believe that I only needed to take one capsule but as the capsule is only 1000mg uou need to take three to get suggested doseThe capsules are very easy to swallow there is no after taste at all.100% non GMO. Seem to be of good quality and package was intact on delivery , too early to say if they work as I’m only on my first packet however I’ve set up a subscription as these are meant to help with hair shedding

If you suffer with an over sensitive, over active bladder, you will know how it feels to plan your activities around where the next toilet will be, limit your drinks and generally feel a bit anxious. I read about another well advertised product, very expensive, which I wasn’t prepared to pay for, but researched, myself, into the efficacy of Pumpkin seed oil and found this product. I have been taking one a day, replacing an Omega 3 fish oil capsule with one of these, also high in Omega 3, for a few months now. All I can say is that they have been a game changer! I don’t know why or how they work to have such a calming effect on the bladder, but in my case, they have helped enormously. Not in the habit of writing reviews, but thought this could be helpful to others.

Too early to tell if these stop hair fall/breakage etc, it says take 3 capsules per day? These capsules are large to swallow also they cause me stomach issues hence 3 stars ,, I have had to go down to 1 per day, I will come back after a month or so for results if any
