Does the job!
What is there to say? Easy to use and clean. Follow the directions and feel better! To use, attach the white tip/pipe into the blue bulb base. I press it in and sort of twist it a little to seat it in as far as it will go. There is a lip on the tip as you can see in the image -- it prevents it from going into the bulb too far. So, seat it to that lip. Then next step can be interchanged with the third, I do it this way: turn the bulb over and stick the tip into the liquid (such as warm water or whatever you are using). The third step, coat the tip that will be inserted into the rectum with the product of your choice (I use Vaseline). Coat it all the way, the whole length of the white pipe (just incase)...just a thin application is needed. Do not overdo with the vaseline if you chose that...just coat it thinly! Then, get in a position of choice for use (see packaging for recommendations). Slowly insert the tip into the rectum as far as it comfortably will go. Then, slowly squeeze the bulb to release the liquid inside (again only as comfortable).I strongly suggest that you do not let go of the bulb and keep the pressure on the bulb until you remove it from your rectum. You certainly may release pressure on the bulb at anytime, however... remember that once you stop squeezing the bulb the bulb with re-inflate and suck into it whatever material, air or liquid that is at the opening of the tip (so if it is inside your rectum... it will suck into it...well...get the idea??). Lets just say...that can make for extra cleaning, grossness, and so forth. Certainly... things happen and it is not the end of the world if "stuff" gets sucked back up into the the bulb...it just means, well, more cleaning, sterilizing and cleaning.Okay so after you do your business, and I hope you do, clean the Goodhealth syringe and tuck it away in a cool, dry place. I clean mine by rinsing the outside pipe off first with hot water to remove any residue such as the vaseline. I keep the water running and add soap to my hand and wash off the outside pipe. I let the water pull in the sink while doing this and then draw up the soapy water in the bulb and expel it into the drain...not the sink but the drain. I do this several time until I see no soap or anything else. Then I get hydrogen peroxide. Pour about an ounce in a disposal 2oz bathroom cup (Dixie cups). I squeeze out the air of the bulb and let it suck that up. Swish it around a minute or two. Then release some of it onto the sink near the drain to see if there is that "foaming action" from the peroxide. If foam, then it needs more cleaning. If clear water, I rinse again a couple of time.If there was a mishap and my bulb did intake "stuff" other than the liquid I intended (cough) I then get another dixie sipping bathroom disposable cup and put in an ounce or so of rubbing alcohol. I suck up that with the bulb and again swish it around a little bit. I put my finger on the hole of the tip to prevent any from leaking out. Then after a few minutes I expel it near the drain but on the sink enough to visually see if any "stuff" might still be in there and coming out. I repeat this process until nothing but clean water comes out. Then I remove the pipe and wipe it off; shake the bulb over the sink and squeeze it several times to expel extra droplets and let it sit upside down with the opening facing down onto a towel. After it seems dry, I tuck the bulb and pipe away.I saw another review noting it leaks when upside down...well..ya... it is not made like a DQ Blizzard! LOL Yes I tested it by filling it up and just turning it over in the sink. Yes, some water does indeed drip out of the tip. Follow the directions and you will not have any troubles. At least....I did not.Update: April 2014Had this thing for 4 years now. It is clean and still works like new. No "stains". No leaking when in use.

Life Changing
This product is simple for personal use. Like any enema, it is uncomfortable at first, but bearable. Works great. Worth every penny. I use daily, just because the effects are so auspicious and benevolent in ones excretory health.Further notes: For someone such as myself who interested the yogic sense of health, enemas were just the next step for me in body detoxification. I myself had had problems with constipation since I was born. In my teenage years I decided that I was sick of the bloated feeling I'd always have, so I began eating healthy, this helped a little, but I wanted to feel great. I began with yoga and realized further that modern medicine should be the last resort for medical conditions. I discovered the Hatha Yoga Pradipika which describes the six kriya cleansing techniques. These are all amazing, some I've yet to master, but I'm 100% sure, if done properly have amazing consequences on ones health.

Impossible to assemble
The white plunger is nearly impossible to insert into the blue bulb. It takes a lot of elbow grease to get the two pieces connected, and by the time you do, all of the water that you've put in the blue part has squirted out while you were wrestling with the white part. Once it's assembled, it works great, and cleans easily. But it's just not worth the hassle struggling to put the two pieces together every single time.

Works Well & Great Quality
Look no further if you want to buy a product for enemas. I bought this for oil enemas to help me during my PMS and its been really helpful in reducing congestion and cramps. Even though it does not mention on the product that can be used for oil enema, it has worked fine for me for the last few months. I pour the oil in a small glass bottle (I use the empty & cleaned tostitos or jam/jelly), squeeze out the air from the syringe and then let it suck up the oil. Its really easy. The syringe end is pretty smooth and rounded and does not hurt. I have never experienced any spillage while using this product. I wash it with really hot water and it doesn't seem to damage the syringe.

Great buy for the price! And no major complaints!
As stated in the title, one cannot argue the price of this item. It's a great value, and it helps a lot with cleaning the colon. Only minor problem is that the top white nozzle can slide out after a few uses, but it can easily be pushed back in, and cleaning the inside of the bulb is difficult or checking for mold/mildew is also difficult.Best advice I have is when letting it suck back air make sure to remove it from yourself so it doesn't suck in poo water and contaminate the inside at all.
