Work well, mount fairly easy
I mounted each bag on a different frame, which is a little odd but possible. Unfortunately they only give you the straps to really do this to one bag (why not both?) but it works out just fine. Bags are fairly durable and definitely waterproof. Just make sure you really wrap them up tight. Use all the straps involved if you're carrying a smaller load. These things will open if you're not careful about securing them, so make sure that you're doing what you can to keep them locked down. Each one easily fits a full bag of groceries (paper) plus a bit more room.If you're looking for nice, waterproof bags then these are definitely worth it. I bought a second pair after the first one broke. It was a me thing; cut a corner a bit too close.

Worth the money, but also not perfect
I bought these for a BMW F650 GS because the Wolfman Expedition bags seemed crazy expensive for city use, and I didn't know if I really wanted soft dry bags instead of hard cases. I have them resting on Givi Monokey racks. You will absolutely need racks/panniers if you want to keep these out of your wheel, as there is no real structure to them. I wanted to give them a few hundred miles and use before I talked about them. The color of them is a dark gray/black, and they look excellent on the side of the bike. The good:1. They really are waterproof. The roll top works excellently, and there is a gas escape valve you can open/close to compress them.2. They're relatively light but still solid enough to pack fully. I have carried a lot of random things in them since I've gotten them .3. They are absolutely worth the price asked.Things that could be better:1. The stitching quality really isn't that great, and could be thicker and/or double stitched in some stress areas. I am doubtful these will last a really long time - it is the stitching where the straps over the top are, the neoprene stitching around the back, and even some of the thread around the clasps that I fully expect will rip over time. It's really thin - thinner than a JanSport backpack.2. See 1.For the price, I would purchase them again for commuter/city use. Would I take them on a multi-thousand-mile ADV ride? Nah. But let's face it - most ADV guys are dirt bike dudes simply commuting and hitting fire trails. For that they're great.

Quality Bags at a Great Price Plus Excellent Customer Service
Bought these for my Triumph T120 Bonnie. Although they have a protective backing to absorb contact with the rear shocks (which is one of the reasons I went for these above other makes), I decide to get some saddle bag bars to prevent contact with the rear springs when in motion. The bags are nice and big, waterproof, easy to fit and have infinite adjustment on the velcro straps and tie downs. When the straps are tight the bags dont move even though they are literally slung over the seat. I have used them a few times now on short journeys and they seem to be performing well. If they last 10 big trips they will be worth the money. I would just buy another set. The roll bag on the rear of the seat is a Givi 30ltr sausage bag and does not come with the side bags. UPDATE NOV 18. One of the bags developed a small split along the seam weld and leaked during a thunderstorm I rode through. I sent photos of the defect and immediately received an apology and brand new set of bags. No drama with the seller at all. Customer service is excellent and I would definitely use them again. The contents of the other bag btw remained completely dry. They are not just waterproof, but storm proof.

Average quality, needs more heat protection.
Quality of glued edges seems weak. Even with added protection for tail pipe the bag melted in proximity of pipes.

Updated 12-2021 Skip the review and just buy them.
Buy them. Period.Firstly I'll say, I've only had the bags a couple of days. But like most Motorcyclists, I like to see a thorough review of a product, so I'll be coming back every couple of months to update this. We all know that some MC Accessories can be fantastic at the start and then quickly fall apart after continued use and abuse. I live in New England and ride, virtually, year round (about 15K miles per year). So I was looking for a bag that will last, through rain, hot weather, cold weather, mud, camping and light, off-road riding (I ride a 2016 Scrambler). I saw this product on a Facebook Post for a fellow Scrambler, asked about it and subsequently ordered a set. First impression was they were MUCH nicer than I'd expected them to be. In the hand they feel like a quality product, not something flimsy that can be portrayed as quality in a photo. Included were simple directions, as well as straps so that you could have only one bag, attached to your bike. I happen to have a high mounted exhaust system, so chose to run only one. Mounting to the frame rails of the MC was extremely easy, and after a couple of minutes of investigating the straps, I figured out how they mounted at the bottom and how they work. So far, I've only used the bag to transport my work stuff with me, coffee, lunch, etc.. The ease of use makes getting going in the AM quick and, mostly, effortless. As stated, I will update this every few months and let you know how they're holding up.12-2021.I had these on my bike since 2017 and did me well. I sold the bike last year and gave these to my neighbor and they haven't left his bike. Rain, snow, dirt, mud...these bags are the business. If you're looking for a solid set of throw overs, look no more. Absolutely solid product.

Awesome bargain
Very nice for the price. Seem well constructed and waterproof through a few creek crossings, haven't fully loaded or ridden in the rain yet. The compression strap clips were threaded backwards, so I did have to take the male end off and re-do the webbing pass through it. I really like the 1 side option and if you and a friend only wanted 1 each, the bags came with 2 sets of single straps, you could easily split this set. On a Honda CB500X you do need racks to keep the bags off the exhaust and out of the rear tire, you may be able to get away without racks/support on other bikes.Improvement suggestions:1. More stiff backing plate to allow mounting without racks on more bikes.2. Reflective stripe on both sides so bags can be mounted on either side without giving up the extra safety.3. QC check on the compression strap.

First impression
First time out with the bags for an off road day ride. The trails were muddy and slippery. There were a few drops of the motorcycle. The bags are decent and very Affordable compared to alternative brands. The construction is acceptable, although I would suggest relocating certain buckles to facilitate the mounting. The back protector is a nice added touch and fits perfectly on my luggage rack (Dirtracks for KLR660). Some buckles came loose during the ride, I will certainly reevaluate how I can modify or prevent this in the future. One of the elastic band holding the excess buckle is already coming apart, this is likely a manufacturer’s defect and poor sewing on that particular elastics, all the others are fine. The reflective trimming is flimsy and already broken. It more an aesthetic concern than anything else. The bag remained intact and completely waterproof despite the abuse on the trail. The dry bag construction is similar the other dry bags I own for water sports. I am satisfied with the purchase and would recommend. I would like to see some modifications to improve the good product. It is certainly a good value.

convenient
The strap to equip only one bag was not included in the package. Other than that they keep the water off nicely.

Great buy.
Great buy for the money, unfortunately they didn’t work for my bike so they were returned.
