A book everyone alive should read! In fact, this book needs to be taught in schools. Loved it
I had been waiting for this book for almost 2 months but I hadn’t thought it would be so amazingly written and crafted.The book takes me on a journey I have always known about but never took the pain to actually walk on the path.Dr Rajat’s entire experience is compressed in this little book.I wish the education policy making body of India realised what they are missing and made this a course book for schools and colleges.Our demography would be more healthy and happy if everyone could learn from his experiences, knowledge and wisdom.Anyways, I would like to encourage everyone reading this review to invest in this book, not just spend your money on it.Your life might change for good if you take this book seriously.

Good Reading
I am very happy with the book.The author explains things in detailI recommend to people who want to study body movement and also to people who are recovering from sports injuries to read the details to plan the rehab.

Could be better, still worth reading
When I heard movemint, i thought nucleus on steriodsRajat is the most under represented category of doctors, sports enthusiast, deeply empathy oriented and lifestyle coach. What he can share is tremendous and it can benefit humanity as a whole.The basics are shared here, and it's well covered. Some chapters go on and on.My biggest grouse is how much possibility is lost. Nucleeus was better. I thought i would get recipes, tips, tricks, and ton load of actionable insights. I only got 4 things to do and a breathing technique. A tad dissapointed, but would recommend nevertheless. It makes you appreciate the basics

Must Read
This book is written by Dr Rajat and Dr Darren with sincere intentions to educate people.I initially thought the book will have lots of medical terms , which would be difficult to understand. But this turned out to be completely opposite to what I expected. The language of the book is very simple , its not preachy at all.The authors have shared their experiences like we all would do in our day to day life.It has moved me to make a plan , which I am hoping would stick to it.-Anjali

Profound in every page, but yet simple to read and implement!
There are many great books, many great books on ways of life but rarely something that is so easy to read, comprehend and implement immediately.Being an Exercise and Sports Medicine physician myself and a Yoga instructor, I know and already follow so many of these learnings already in my life but reading it in this well authored book with so many eminent personalities quoted in it reinforces these ways of life.The super summary at the end just packages everything well for a quick reference if ever needed.Thank you Dr. Rajat Chauhan and Dr. Darren Player for penning this and making it available to read so easily. We are taught and do degrees to excel in our profession but no one teaches us about how to live and manage ourselves. That's what this book does!!!

EMPOWERS YOU WITH ITS SIMPLICITY
The body and mind are connected. A healthy mind makes for a healthy body. Conversely, a troubled and not so healthy mind makes for a sick body. Enough has been said about this over the years. Even more so over the last two years as the pandemic made this interconnection so obvious for everyone to see. People have written about it over and over again. But, stating the obvious is one thing. Demystifying it and breaking it down with tools to make a difference is another. I myself have read at least 4 books on this topic in the last few months. But none have been able to say it as simply as Rajat and Darren. Simplified and made real with stories, they leave you with practical tools that make it easy to self engineer a difference in your life. Tools to make it happen - for you. That’s what this book does. Sincere, uncomplicated and real, Movemint medicine empowers you with its simplicity.To the authors - this book needs to be translated for EVERYONE to read. It also needs a sequel for more stories to be shared. This is more than a book. It needs to be a ‘movement’

Wonderfully informative
This book is packed with so many suggestions as to how we can all improve our life. It doesn't have singular advice that purports to be the answer to us all for all of our problems. What it does however, is recognise that we are all different. Lifestyle improvements are personal. What works for one doesn't necessarily work for everyone.None of the examples given are more impressive than the case of Ajay. A simple tweek of his lifestyle has made such a huge impact and pulled him back from the brink!.The reader just needs to study this book and try the suggestions within. The answer for us all is here. Fabulous.
