Accurate, good size, came with calibration sheet
I was looking for a torque wrench to put a bike together after a flight and this worked well for that purpose. It has a good torque range, the colored bits are easy to read/identify, and I appreciate that there is a reverse option so you can tighten/loosen bolts in a pinch. It feels well built in the hand. If I were to improve upon it I would want there to be a faster means to change the torque.

Feels like a million dollars
My first torque wrench and am really happy with it. Feels very well made In the hand and really easy to use. Wish there was somewhere to keep the supplied box of bits on the wrench. But not a deal breaker. Recommended

High quality tool
This is a very nice little wrench for properly servicing a bicycle. The fit and finish is great. It's clearly a quality item and very easy to dial the desired tourque setting.

received two broken torque wrenches (from two different vendors)
I have experience using torque wrenches, and I understand the click may not be that loud on low-torque ones. I wanted to get a feel before using it on my engine. To start with the first one (SN R09-599, ordered from "Sports by Sager Inc") arrived with scratches and the packaging looked a sticker was ripped of, as if someone had returned it. It definietly clicked - just by the weight of the aluminum tool! In other words, if you held it sideways by the head, the weight of the shaft (<1lb) would be enough to cause a click. This is much lower than even the lowest torque setting, so the tool is either broken or off calibration by > 100%. This seemed like the vendor jsut sent me a broken one that had already been returned. The second I ordered (SN R03-0562 from Amazon's "Amazing Deals Online") only clicked in one direction. Didn't bother to order a third.Sports by Sager apologized and and stated:'This was brand new, it has never been used, it may have been scratched rubbing in the box we keep many of them in. The sticker that was missing was our SKU number.'As you can see in the photos, the paint damage goes down to the bare metal. I will let you judge for yourself if this could have been caused by the clear plastic packaging. Also, this does not explain why the torque wrench did not work properly.
