Helps when eating gluten
I just started down my GF journey and there is a lot that I still do not know and what foods to avoid. If I do not know or am unsure, I take one of these pills at the first bite and it helps digest the gluten and keeps my symptoms at bay. Would definitely recommend this to anyone who is unsure if there is gluten in a food

Helpful but not a cure
I've bought this a couple times now and I'll say, it does EASE the side effects if you have a gluten intolerance. However, it is certainly not a cure and doesn't eliminate effects completely.Usually, I bloat BAD and sometimes get a rash. If I have a PIECE of bread and take this, usually I don't see much of a side effect. However, I took this with me to Europe so I could experience alllll the croissants and beers and alllllll the gluten filled delicacies. I used this every time and it mostly kept the issues at bay but.. I did have some bloating. It was FAR better than the usual as I can look nearly pregnant when I have 1 beer or a sandwich so it certainly helps. (:

Easy to swallow
Great product, can even dry swallow as pills aren’t that large

Hit and miss
My experience is you need to take more than recommended dose to have it make a difference. Sometimes works and sometimes doesn’t.
