I only take 3 pills a day so this rather small pill case is fine for me. If you take more than 3 or four pills a day you should probably get a larger version. I don't know how long the hinges will last because they are not really hinges just a piece of the same plastic that the case is made of.

Much smaller than expected.
Great if you only have a few (2-4) pills each day. I ordered the large option without reading the measurements, much smaller than expected.

Nice Pill Organizer
It’s holding up well and the lids latch pretty securely. If I drop it, some lids can pop open, but there are no spontaneous openings.

FANTASTIC PRODUCT
I have used a small 7-day pill organizer for more than 20 years. Before that, I had trouble remembering if I took my pills or not. Now that I'm older, I'm taking more pills and I've started taking supplements. I needed to switch to the large size. I use this product everyday, and I can't imagine life without it. I highly recommend this item.
