Useless Remote Doesn't work
I tried about 15-20 mins to configure the installation process following the user manual but the installation process failed and the remote control did not get configured with my Usha Ceiling Fan. Then I searched for the manufacturer details in Noida Phase II and called on his no. provided in Google but the land-line telephone no. provided by the manufacturer was out of service . Thus no custome support is also available. Within 1 hour of receiving this remote control, I have requested Amazon for returning the product back.

PERFECT REMOTE
My orient ceiling fan with light remote not working properly from the day of purchase. Then I tried in Amazon site and found this EARTHMA universal remote. At the outset I could not do setup properly and the company asked me the functioning of the remote. I told the problem and they guided me in pairing this remote with my original remote. This EARTHMA remote is a feather touch and working very good. It has a elegant look and nice finishing. Even the polythene cover came with the package is used as remote cover.

Customer service not good
This amazon product is very useless, I ordered it but it lasted for 2.4 days and now it is not working, customer support is also not there. 6 month warranty but no support. It turned out to be a very useless product.

The product is really handy and functional...Initially I did find it challenging to pair but the seller helped me with my query to the extend that they video called me for the same...The product deserves the 5 stars that I have given

Not compatible for Crompton energion hyperjet fan
Its IR remote has functions like study the functions of any IR remote, so it can be used as substitute of any IR remote. But it is not compatible for Crompton energion hyperjet BLDC fan.

This remote cannot replace remotewith didplays. The manufacturer must mention this
