I can’t take a regular cold pill, and these work good and I can put a card of them in my purse.

I take these at 4 mg tabs night before I go to bed. I sleep well and my allergies are better the next day without making me tired. Way better than some of the new products out there.

I purchased these to help relieve my dog's itching. Sadly they didn't work. I didn't want to discredit this too much as it could be because of what's causing her itching. So if your dog does have allergies, these may work, they just didn't work for my dog.
