PRO Vinyl Pool Liner Patch Kit - Repair kit with 2'x2' Vinyl and Adhesive (Glimmer)

I was a little skeptical if this would work or not but I patched a small cut in my liner 2 years ago and it’s still holding. The edges look like they might be peeling a little but still not leaking.

So, I got my hands on this pool liner patch Kit, and I've gotta say, it's pretty darn awesome. It's super user-friendly – the instructions are like, "Hey, even if you're not Mr. DIY, you got this." The best part? It sticks like glue. I've patched up some small tears and stuff, and those patches are holding up like champs, even with all the water and sun exposure. It's easy to cut the patch to any size , so it's a piece of cake to fix up whatever's wrong. Plus, they blend right in with the pool liner, so it's not a big eyesore. It's way cheaper than having to replace the whole liner just for a little tear.

Patch worked and is holding so far. Used to patch a hole in our above ground pool. Attempted a self-adhesive patch first that did not work. When applying patch, one edge wanted to curl up. Used adhesive applicator to smooth out edge. Let dry 2 days before filling pool. No leaks so far.

So far so good. 24ft round pool bottom was torn when removing steps in the fall. Order this kit to patch the four fingers long slash. Cut a round patch using their supplied liner material. Material does seem thin compared to other patch materials sold. The glue needed to be poured out on patch because applicator was so flimsy and didn’t spread glue well. The patch started to curl quickly after adding glue. It made getting it to cut quickly tough. I got it down and squeezed glue bubbles out flattened all edges. Used my finger to apply it on edges that began curling up and it worked well to flatten them. The pool is almost full again and I haven’t noticed a drop in level. Will eventually use a dye kit to test the repair but overall it seems to be holding two days later.

I thought I had to buy a new pool, but I used this vinyl pool patch and I was amazed with the out come, I had a 4-6 inch slice close to the bottom of the pool, cleaned around the slice applied the glue, applied piece of the vinyl patch, rubbing the patch to make sure it sticks, I waited for a day checking my patch work, then I put water in my pool just enough that the patch was under water, no leaks no leaks best 30 dollars I ever spent, 30 dollars saved me hundreds of dollars, I highly recommended this product no bulls**t... thank you so much

I cleaned the vinyl around the 1” tear in my liner, used a generous amount of the glue provided on a 4” diameter circle of the patch and smoothed it out over the hole. Water still leaks through the hole.

But I don't know if it was the patch, or the water slide's fault. The place it tore was of course right where the kids slide,....so maybe the patch wasn't at fault. It was just a bad place to try to fix.

So this was an amazing fit for a watery sticky situation. Still holds today. Long lasting. Under water. Yes it stuck. Buy it if you need anything underwater patched.
