I have a big collection of Stasher bags because they're not only practical, they're incredibly durable.The `snack` bag is for me way beyond a suitable size for portioned controlled snacks (fruits fresh or dry, puffs, crackers, nuts, trail mixes, hard boiled eggs and everything in between), but also for freezing individual portion of meat or leftover cheese; I might even throw a half avocado in. Stasher bags are also oven / microwave / boiled water safe so this small size is perfect for a small omelet or poaching one egg.This size is also very sleek, fits even in smaller purses (or slim backpacks) easily. I find it very practical to store vitamins and supplements while traveling.The bags are pricey, but they are durable (the thick silicon always provides extra cushion), dishwasher safe (I never handwash them) and versatile; I just wait for sales and grow my collection.I never had issues with my Stasher bag growing mold or gunk in the... 5 years or so owning them (I still have my first bags), but they are a pain to fully dry if your dishwasher doesn't already do the job.

I've had these for a few months now and we keep cheeses, onions, ginger in them. The only cheese that hasn't done well in them is sharp cheddar. It molded. All of the white cheeses have done fine in them. Onions do great in them. Ginger does perfectly in these things for months without going soft, molding or drying out. These are easy to wash, odors don't cling to them and they store easily in a drawer. I am very pleased with the three or so I purchased.

No longer do I have to feel bad about using baggies for my lunch! These reusable silicone bags are perfect for fruits, veggies, and snacks. The design seems very durable and they can withstand boiling water and oven temperatures which is an extra plus. They are a little bit harder to open and take up more space than typical snack bags, but the convenience of being dishwasher safe makes up for it. Just throw it in the wash and they’re good as new! Also note: they have a way to send back or recycle the bags themselves which is awesome!

Just received my order. Product is sturdy, airtight & waterproof as I'd hoped. However, if you're concerned about packaging & the environment, I found it very odd all the cardboard that was used for each one of the 4 snack bags I'd ordered. I figured I'd get a small package, with just the bags in it - instead I got a larger package, with each bag inserted with a piece of cardboard & and a "hanging hole" as if for on a rack...and the rest of the product encased in even more cardboard, surrounding the sides & bottom.Wouldn't the cardboard insert with "hanging hole" be more than enough? And a lighter weight one, at that?Otherwise, have ordered the larger sizes, so hoping the smaller ones work as well.Look forward to one half this size, too - being single & eating small portions, my snacks aren't always as big as other people's are.

I love this silicone bag. I drink fresh ginger and lemon tea for reflux or nausea. But I end up wasting most of the ginger. YouTube showed you can slice or crush fresh ginger and freeze it. The bag works great for this. Take out what I need & back into the freezer. Good for 6mo.

Works well to hold my kid's lunch utensils. It's a good alternative to a plastic or metal utensil holder.
