Works great

First, this is not a gentle detox. The first night I took it, I woke up in the middle of the night with severe stomach cramps and was on the toilet for about an hour. I’m just happy I went with my gut and took only one pill of the Cleanse bottle to give my body time to adjust. Now I’m on day three and I feel good. I still experience some cramping and I do have to go to the bathroom multiple times a day but I feel like it’s really cleaning me out. It does help with weight loss as well as I’ve already lost 2lbs and my stomach is looking a little flatter too so it’s helping some with bloating. I’m just excited to see where I’ll be at the end of the two weeks!

I stayed the course and although I’m not sure of how much weight loss I felt better… More energetic and confident

I enjoyed this detox. I took the 15 day cleanse every other day and the vitamins daily for my own discretion. I did experience stomach cramps when it was time to go. But it lasted for a short while and they passed. It’s day four for me and I feel better. I hope to give an update later after 15 days.

I love that this cleanse was a lot easier on me than the last. I’ve taken SEVERAL cleanses and I always recommend drinking ALOT of water to help stay hydrated, and try to eat as clean as possible :) I always make sure to drink as close to 1+ gallon of water while cleansing that I can, so that I stay hydrated. Yes this will CLEAN YOU OUT FOR SURE! I lost 5 lbs in a couple days! Everyone’s body is different so keep that in mind, but I could tell the bloating was going away within 2-3 days. It will get the job done! Just make sure to take what it says & drink lots of water, you’ll feel way better!

The used the liver and kidney on their own for about a week and no noticeable changes. I used the cleanse one night on its own Around 10. I woke up at 4:30 in excruciating pain . Went to the bathroom for an hour hoping to help, no luck. Eventually vomitted from the pain. The next day had to change my pants three times. No warning and couldn’t even tell it was happening.
