I bought this cheese block for my partner in Sri Lanka. Shipped it to her in a box with a bunch of stuff, as I do every few months. The box takes 2 months to get there. She loved this cheese, it was fresh when she opened it and lasted a long time. I've bought it a couple of times for her.

Great product for cheese lovers! A bit pricey, but what grocery item isn't these days.

Cutting into the brick, it is evident that this food isn't cheese. It is glaringly not the type of cheese promoted in the description, nor has the item received any resemblance to the type food printed on the label.The product doesNOT melt. When sliced or chopped for 'al forno;' casserole, or grilled, it retains the solid cut of the pieces, and cooking longer or at a higher temperature never generates melted cheese, only slightly softer texture. Given this, and that the weight of the brick closer to 3/4 pound than the 16 oz. shown, the price is, off the charts, arbitrarily hiked to untenably outside any market, even were it that expensively developed "soy cheese" for anti-dairy advocates.

I should have known better than to buy this. I’m pretty picky about cheese and this is not good cheese. It doesn’t melt and just doesn’t taste right. The texture is weird also. I’ve had to throw it out. Fifteen bucks in the trash.

I bought this because I have always loved Wisconsin cheese; however, this cheese was a great disappointment. It has very little taste and is way too salty. I get better cheese when I buy Tillamook cheese at the grocery store and at a better price. I would not buy again.

I thought there were three different cheeses in the package, but one was crackers.
