This is a lovely tea service. A couple of items were damaged on arrival but luckily it was just cups and saucers. I didn’t need a 6 piece set anyway. A quick message to Amazon and they gave me a decent percentage refund. Great customer service.

It looks very fancy and chic! I got this as a gift to a friend, she absolutely loved it!The painting is very beautiful!

One cup broken

Used it for afternoon tea for friends. Looked amazing. Very pleased and would definitely recommend. Arrived with one saucer broken and the company replaced it straight away

The media could not be loaded. Please can I have a replacement of the sugar pot as it came broken

Two saucers are broke ,I cannot find how to get replacements. I can’t send it all back because I’m not well enough .the email doesn’t work. Amazon wants the whole delivery back. I just want two saucers ! It is beautiful though

Exactly what I hoped for. Just like in the pictures. Not too heavy and not too light.

This is a very pretty complete tea set for six people!This set consists is six cups and saucers, six tea spoons, a milk jug, sugar/sugar cube bowl with lid, and teapot with lid.The teapot holds enough water/tea to supply all tea cups.This tea set is made in China from bone chinaware not fine bone china, and the difference is that the former is slightly thicker and consists of a different formation of material. However, please don’t let this detract you, it is still a very lovely set!The decoration very pretty, and the print is machine printed onto the ceramic however it excellently printed and well matched between the pieces and uniform. There are no off centre prints or any that do not match. The colours are vibrant and consistent! Each piece is stamped on the underside with the makers stamp which is a nice touch and following in the tradition of older bone chinaware and chinaware producers.On the webpage advertising this set, there are contradicting pieces of advice about washing; higher up states that dishwasher use is ‘forbidden’ and to wash by hand, lower down suggest that it is dishwasher safe! There is nothing in the leaflet that came with the set, teapots are always very tricky in a dishwasher so perhaps best to hand wash, however we would choose to wash it all by hand as with any chinaware.The tea set arrived very tightly and securely packaged. The blue box was full of polystyrene that tightly and securely held each piece and it was very well packed. The saucers were tied together with sellotape as were the spoons. The cups were stacked with polystyrene between them and the lid to the teapot and sugar bowl are fitted in the packaging separately. Nothing was broken or damaged, arrived in as new condition.Highly recommend this set and it would also make a lovely gift!The photographs are not of the whole set, just parts of it to display what it looks like.
