Our WiiU pad battery was busted for years before I bothered to fix it. I wish I hadn't put it off when the solution was so cheap and easy. Battery life seems good, but we don't really play the WiiU for long sessions so I can't say for sure. Either way it's great to use it unplugged again.

We have an old Wii U which wasn’t charging well and this battery replaced the original one and works.

The product doesn’t fit in my Wii U. Do not buy this product for a Wii U. Don’t be like me and eat the price of a battery

Easy, quick install. Still working well months after purchase.

This was easy to install and I can once again play on my Wii U for longer.

Its a new battery, and it works as you'd expect a battery to, but I have some gripes. First off, the life isn't much more than the original one was new, only about 30 mins longer than when my Wii U gamepad was new.My biggest gripe though, is that the battery light on the gamepad now does not tell you when the battery is low, only does the light turn red(and soon start flashing) when the battery is literal seconds from being completely drained. I timed it, seems to kick on when the battery has 40-60ish seconds of life left.I bought this particular battery because of the name of the brand and the expectation of quality and function with 'pickle power', but it truly seems I got fooled into a random third party seller's battery.

Finally, found the right battery for my game pad. Works great. Had 2 other replacement batteries but they wouldn't hold a charge. Don't know if the batteries wup's made a difference. The other 2 were wup-002, this is a wup-12. Anyway very happy.
