Works great
For repair on 1/8” corion-type countertop in a motorhome (broken into 9 pieces). I epoxied the pieces to an under counter support first and let dry. Then moved on to this product.Mixing the color to match was that hardest part, so I mixed the colors with the base (more time to get it right), then added the hardener. I used toothpicks to apply the epoxy, waited an hour for complete hardening (was really hard on ten minutes, though), then used a razor to get most of the excess off. Used the included sandpaper in stages to get the rest off, then used a buffing wheels that I use on granite polishing to buff it out.

Colors not as described
The product description specifically states "restores w/ colors brown, gray, white beige, black, cream and yellow". and the product packaging shows 9 color pods. However, the kit only includes white, brown and black. Confusing and difficult to match with only the three colors.

If you're careful, this makes chips in stone disappear.
I just spent a few hours repairing the chips in my granite countertop. The granite is the kind that seems to be made of smallish chunks (few mm) of different minerals, so the color is not homogeneous. That makes it easier to match the colors, which in my case are beige, black, light gray, dirty white, and clear. The trick is to apply the resin in tiny blotches of different colors, mimicking the pattern. This requires mixing up a tiny batch of one color, applying it, waiting for it to cure, and going on to another color. In the attached picture, the pencils are pointing at places on the edge where two big chips came out and were repaired. The repairs are invisible, although the surface polish is a little different in real life, so you can find the repairs if you know what to look for. Here are some comments, recommendations, and complaints:1. The mixture starts gelling up getting gooey pretty quickly, so it can be a little difficult to apply. You sometimes have to cut the strands that form as you pull the applicator away. I would have preferred a slower cure.2. The little spatula is basically useless. It smears the sticky goo over everything. You're going to have to overfill and then sand it smooth.2. There are only 3 colors: beige, white. and black. The tint is very strong - the tiniest dab will make a saturated color.3. The kit comes with one sheet each of 600 grit and 1000 grit sandpaper. If the defect is overfilled, the excess has to be sanded away, and these grits are too fine to remove much material. For this, I started with 220 grit sandpaper, then 320, then 400. Then I polished with 600 and then 1000 grit. This does not produce a perfect polish, and I was going to buff with some polishing compound, but it didn't appear necessary. Make sure these papers won't scratch the surrounding surface!

Stay away! This is a total waste of money
If I could give it negative stars I would. Total waste of money! I ended up buying a different product and had much more success with this: www.amazon.com/dp/B07N2GRRK1?psc=1&ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_product_detailsI applied this product 5 times and it didn't work! Super frustrating! It's easy to apply but it just peeled off when I removed the tape around it.

Too difficult, semi ineffective; somewhat does what meant to
I was hopeful, but this isn’t the best. It helped me a little after an hr plus of trial and error; could have been better and doesn’t look perfect. You can tell from some angles and can feel it. The images aren’t a very good depiction of how it looks in real life. I stupidly tried the sandpaper which ruined the sheen of the area (took off the shine). To be fair, I think it is 50/50 on the blame; me not understanding the directions/not skilled enough and then half the product’s fault. I wasted a lot of the product misunderstanding the instructions. I eventually got it right, but discovered it barely mattered. The product changed instantly for me, not in 5 minutes or 8 minutes like the instructions say (not entirely hardened but just a glob that is hard to separate, move, and utilize). It isn’t smooth at all and has stringiness that makes a mess. It is too gooey and too streaky right from the beginning. This is normal? I’m not familiar with resin or epoxys. I do wonder if I should have tried something else. This might help more skilled people or be more valuable in certain situations. Maybe a larger space where you could smooth it out all over and not need to sand, would be better? Others said a smaller spot would be better, but not for me at least. Can’t get it accurate enough. The paint, I gave up on. I needed a shade of brown but I couldn’t get it, so I settled for black. I used tons of tooth picks (the kit supplies only 2). The black color seemed to be ok for my design, but that might be a big problem for other designs that this is so hard to match. I’m no artist at all though. The sandpaper is pretty dangerous too, at least for my counter. Might work better on stronger stone. I wanted it for a chip in the counter I found, but I also tried it on a table that had some old issues and it didn’t improve that. Made it look even dumber I thought. The counter turned out okay so I guess I'm happy with it compared to the chip it had before, but I was really hoping it would come out unnoticeable and keep its shine. It is a little embarrassing yet also not terrible. I think most people wouldn’t notice unless they are inspecting or trying to clean and feel the whole counter.Try if your curious. It may or may not be what you need. Just prepare for a mess. Believe the reviews that say it won’t be easy. It may or may not be worth the effort to you. Not sure if something out there is better.

Recommend this kit for more small scratches/chips.
This seemed to work well for smaller areas because the gel cures quickly and its hard to mix it to match the shade quickly. I'd work in small sections and use very small portions of gels with a toothpick to get the look you want. Make sure you seal everything afterwards if you use sandpaper.
