Poor Warranty Support – Replacement Lid Out of Stock for Over 6 Months
I purchased this product, but unfortunately, the lid became loose after just a couple of months of use. I claimed the warranty and contacted customer service, only to be told repeatedly that replacement lids have been out of stock for over six months.
