It's just wonderful. Initially had to buy a longer chain, but as it stretches out the original chain will work. Easy to put together, excellent quality, arrived as scheduled.

This was easy to assemble once I had 2 wrenches - one to hold the bolt head, and the other to turn the nut. I did return it though, because it was not a good fit for my hammock and was just too large to store. They do require you to pay for return shipping and also a 20% restocking fee, so be sure you really want it before buying!

Great product and very sturdy as other reviewers stated. But also as other reviewers stated the box did come with an open end. There were no missing parts but the bag was broken inside the box and the parts were loose in the box. But for the price I would recommend this over and over again. Very well made... If the manufacture could figure out how to secure it a little better in the box it would be a 5 star product..

I love this product. It’s perfect for our yard, but it’s big. I haven't been able to assemble right away because the box arrived without any hardware. Both ends of the box were damaged with large holes and poles sticking out one end. I was very disappointed because its too big to return and the box isn't functional.The box arrived on A Friday, by the end of the weekend I was personally contacted by Petra. They called multiple times and via email to make things right and send the new hardware. I was impressed with the level of professionalism and urgency the company took in making sure I had everything I needed. The hammock stand is beautiful and like many of the other reviews, it is very sturdy.The hardware arrived quickly & we have no issues.

It could be that they did not include chains that were long enough, but this hammock is not stable at all. The base is sturdy, but it will throw you off in an instant. I already hit my back hard on the thick metal of the base. I noticed that many of the photos show different size chains.

This product seems to be very sturdy. The paint finish on it was good. It was pretty easy to put together with two people -- would probably be a chore with just one. It was missing one nut when it arrived, but that was because it was delivered to the wrong address and the people there mistakenly opened the box and misplaced the supplied fasteners. Anyway, a quick trip to the hardware store solved the problem. This item looks like it will last many years without issue.

The item arrived fairly quickly and box was undamaged, all part were their, nothing missing. The instructions were lacking but The assembly was straight forward, I was able to put it together by myself in about 15 minutes. The metal is sturdy but the paint scratches easily . Be aware that even though description states that it’s 15’ long, it’s actually 14’ from hook to hook. It actually worked out better for my 12’ hammock. Overall it’s a nice piece and lot cheaper than the wooden ones and without the shortfalls like the wood splitting or warping

Good value, beautiful shape. I placed it under a magnolia tree, the arms are not too high.
