Perfect for writers
I needed a distraction-free device to build my habit of writing, and this did the trick! Not very useful for much else, low resolution and page load rates make it difficult to search the web. Perfect.

Touchscreen doesn't work
I bought this chrome book based on the features and thought it would really nice. However when I got it, the touchscreen wasn't working. I'm not exactly sure why but it just isn't working. Other than that, everything else is nice, just a little disappointed about the touchscreen.

This chrome book lasted for 2 weeks and crashed! It was not a touch screen either.

Bait and Switch . . .
Have you ever seen a fast food ad on TV where you see a perfect burger sizzling hot dripping in goodness then unwrap the food and find a microwave heated burger that is cold in the center? The Chromebooks was fine but I received a 2 cent generic SD card worth 1 cent. Don't believe everything you see on an ad.
