This has worked perfectly for 11 months . But now the round collet has broken , making impossible to use .Do I have any warranty on this or can I order the part ??

I bought this along with a pulley to dangle down the loft hatch as my husband hurt his back and was struggling to get things in and out of the loft. Now, I know it's overkill, but heavy things are now hauled up and down in a small garden waste bag without effort, with the pulley being used horizontally as it is designed to do, and the wire hanging vertically over the pulley. Will it haul boats? I have no idea. But it's great for getting huge tents up a loft hatch :D

Excellent hand winch. very powerful. I was using it for quite heavy work, rolling round hay bales. After 6 months the bearings were starting to get worn.I contacted Bravex and asked if I could buy some replacement bearings. Instead Bravex sent me a new winch free of charge.Excellent customer service from Bravex.

It works but the handle is made out of some questionable material and the webbing has started to tear after 1 use as wouldn't wind on the spool nicely regardless of the orientation of pulling force

Like the solid product. Small dislike could not use socket on the bolts to attach it. Had to use a spanner.
