The map is high quality with a really nice level of detail for pinning individual cities. We have already started to fill it out with pins from our travels. The pins go in nicely and the map is set up such that the pins are held in place well.I also had to contact the seller about something and they were super helpful and prompt with their communication.

My husband absolutely loved it he worked international most his life and traveled quite a bit. Colored pens were nice because we were able to use certain colors for his work and our family vacations. And he was even able to use a colored pin for vacation he had before he and I were together. It was his birthday present and he loved it.

A very sharp and clean looking map. It includes many of the top cities within each country and even some you'd be surprised by. We loved the ability to engrave your own message. Highly recommend!

The quality is already outstanding, it comes in a very nice frame, the name plate (if you get it) is pristine and beautiful, and great picture quality. Overall, what a 5 star product, but the customer service pushed it way above and beyond!I messed up and needed customer service. I didn't read, and didn't realize it came in a frame, so I order it to my house, with the thought of flying with it to my in-laws Christmas. It's pretty large, so I couldn't do that. I reached out to them, explained my situation, and they offered to send over a new shipping label for a very small fee (considering the post office was telling me over $90 for shipping). But just out of luck, I lived 15 minutes from their office, so they said they would prefer to reship from there. I dropped it off, they re-packaged it because they said it can get bumped around during shipping and wanted to be safe after it had already shipped once. Put me postage on it, and it got to my in-laws in 2 days!Honestly outstanding. Great product, great customer service, amazing business!

Outstanding, easy to use and just the right size

This is one of the best gifts for travel people like my parents. It was a joy to see they REALLY like this gift. They are in the 70’s and 80’s and they are still traveling. COVID-19 has slowed them up, cancelled trips and cruises…they did get one in, in early 2020, but have now had to cancel two scheduled cruises in 2022 due to new variants and increasing return of the uprise in cases. But in the meantime, they will spend their time reliving memories as they are placing pins on the map for all the places they have traveled separate and together…and places they still envision to go, even if they aren’t able to go…as they ARE getting older and future travel is uncertain. Thank you for offering an all-in-one gift complete with pins, map and light-weight frame…glad it is easy to lift and ready to hang. (and)….. THANK YOU FOR MAKING GOOD ON THE DELIVERY MISHAP….very good and quick communication, very pleased, will recommend and refer…I know my parents will as well.

Very well made and printed. My son & family travel quite a bit and it's been fun to split the duties of pinning their past & current travels.

Much bigger than expected! it looks great on my fathers wall. they provide plenty of push pins too.
