One jar broken
The product and brand are great, but my shipment came with one jar completely smashed up with glass everywhere. The second jar was unharmed, but I had to rinse it off completely since it was covered in harissa from the other jar. This particular product isn't eligible for a return/replacement, so joke's on me.

Delicious but nearly a disaster
I love this product and brand. No one sells it in the rural area I live. My dog happened to bark and I happened to be home.....usually at work. I opened my door as the driver had just tossed one box over my fence and was about to toss the box with pepper sauce right onto the cement. The bottles would have broken as there was zero packing inside the box of two glass jars. I will contact Amazon to do better. Maybe the seller can complain as well.

Love this brand
This Harissa sauce is good in every recipe I have tried. It seems to flavor everything from a sandwich to large meals, stews, beans, you name it. It’s a bit pricey, however other brands don’t compare to the flavor it brings out.

The magic ingredient for my favorite asparagus recipe for the air fryer!
Love this stuff on my air-fryer asparagus recipe. Give it a try:10 regular thickness asparagus stalks/tips1 TBSP Avocado Oil1 TBSP Honey1 Tsp Mina Harissa Mild Moroccan Red Pepper Sauce2 Tsp finely chopped garlicsalt, gound pepper, lemon pepper--all to tasteMix the oil, honey, pepper sauce and spices in a small bowl. Get a quart size freezer bag, and trim the stalks so that they are just small enough to lay flat inside the freezer bag, (starting with the tips down, cutting off the thicker portions). Wash and rinse the tips and dry carefully but well. Place the asparagus flat in the bottom of the freezer bag, and pour the marinade into the bag over the asparagus. Work the sauce around a bit. Let sit as long as you want, then place the stalks and sauce into a small ceramic baking dish wide enough so that the stalks can lay flat but are still close together. Air fry at 400 for apx 12-13 minutes turning a few times to caramelize things evenly. Up to the chef as to how charred you like your asparagus, but enjoy!

Listed mild, more like hot
We thought it was well done with layered flavors but...It listed as mild and when added to out vegetable medely we felt it was quite spicey. That's as much our fault as the manufacturer as the remedy next time will be to add sparingly and add more if we want more heat.Great product that we would buy again
