Best for homemade pasta
This is the best flour I found for making pasta at home. Has good gluten, holds together well, and excellent taste and texture. I buy this over cheaper flours because the quality is so high.

MUST HAVE for pizza making
Game changer for my homemade pizza. This makes it so much easier to slide the uncooked pizza into the pizza oven without sticking to the paddle. I tried flour but I always had to use too much flour causing it to cake on the bottom of the crust. This course semolina is perfect and I don't really even notice it when we eat the pizza. Highly recommend and I love KA brand products.

Favorite semolina flour to throw the pizza with.
Quality semolina to use for pizza. Comes in a nice resealable bag. Tastes good but I mainly use them to throw my pizza into the oven. Very good hair for money.

This flour is awesome for the recipes that call for it. I did use it as a partial substitution in a bread recipe....no problem.

Great semolina
I bought this to make my own pasta shapes with family members as a fun activity and it worked very well and tasted amazing. I was really surprised how yummy they turned out despite some of the shapes being a little bigger than they should have been, it did not matter. High quality semolina.

So far I’ve bought this twice for my pizza dough recipe. It gives the pizza a great texture and flavor. I use a 50/30/20 mix of Bread flour, 00 Pizza flour, and the semolina.
