This is a really good design, and I'm sorry it's being discontinued. I bought a refurbished unit and it was just fine.The rubbery (silicon?) hose is easy to use, even when you want to twist it to point sideways---not possible with some stiffer designs.The spray mode is super powerful, on the verge of being too powerful: it cleans things really effectively but you have to be careful to avoid splashing all over. But no complaints, I like that this feature is there.I prefer this magnetic socket to the more traditional clasp.As another reviewer noted, the installation was amazingly easy. Installing my old faucet had taken most of a day and required purchasing special tools to secure it in the tight space. But this one, you simply hand tighten, then tighten 2 screws with the screwdriver pointing straight up. It took about 20 minutes. Really well designed. Standard size hoses didn't require an adaptor.My one complaint is that the arm sometimes sinks down, and there's no way to tighten it. Nevertheless I really appreciate that the arm is adjustable; on most other models it isn't. [UPDATE] We finally figured out that the arm lever is (apparently) designed to be most stable when the water stream is pointing straight down. So if you want the arm higher, you turn the nozzle downward while raising the arm. Maybe this was in the instruction manual, I don't know. This avoids most of the problem, though it's still a little loose.Nevertheless I really appreciate that the arm is adjustable; on most other models it isn't.

Saw this when we were looking at faucets and nothing compared to it at the stores. I kept coming back to this one. We agreed it was the one and we have NO REGRETS!! It’s beautiful! This is right under a window that gets a lot of light, and the black is not reflective so you dont blind yourself LoL 🤭This has a regular mode and a super sprayer mode. The super sprayer really helps knock gunk off dishes and also helps clean the sink out.I do highly recommend this one!

This is a beautiful faucet, but I should have bought the all black one. I had a plumber install it so I can't comment on how easy it was to install. That sweep spray loosens food from dishes really well and seems to use less water in the process.The temperature is a little hard to control - after 2 years I have not gotten used to it, it is too loose.The cross bar is loose and the faucet hangs like it is depressed because you insulted its family.The chrome constantly has fingerprints and looks dirty.Update: The sprayer pops off and squirts water all over the kitchen like a firehose. This has happened several times. "I love cleaning water off my kitchen ceiling on my 15 minute break", said nobody...ever.I don't see myself keeping this much longer.

It works great. Easy install. Cold makes a small whining noise some times.

The media could not be loaded. I had two of these in my other house one was outside and one was in my utility room and I loved them. I put one in my new house to because they are so easy to use and they don’t break.

This is a very well made and stylish faucet. Easy install and very good quality.

It did require an adapter for the hoses but the installation was really quick! I was a bit unsure of the design but it looks amazing! And so much easier to use than the impressive looking ‘semi professional’ (wire wrapped) that we had. SO much more useable because of the flexibility of this.
