This smart lock really impressed me. The installation was simple, the remote response is fast, and the build feels durable and secure. This is great for Murphy doors, and secret doors in your home that you want to keep secure. The bolt is secure, it’s sturdy and I haven’t had any issues with remotes like some of the other reviews. I’m actually really pleased with this

I needed this for additional security while away from home because I don't trust my property manager or the maintenance people at my apartment complex. I have pets & felt really uneasy leaving them at home alone during work hours. I have heard about the staff letting other people's pets out and just laughing it off like it's no big deal...now I have peace of mind about my pets safety and I can always unlock it remotely from the app if they need to access the apartment for an emergency. The ONE thing I don't like about it is that it makes a loud beeping noises whenever it locks and unlocks via the remote (only way to unlock it from the outside) & I am hoping it doesnt bother my neighbors at night since I sometimes work graveyard shifts. Minor inconvenience, but it is easy to install and program the remotes. Definitely worth the money as long as it keeps working!

I installed one of these on my ack gate April of 2023. The gate is under the carport so no sunlight, just need to not be a goof and hose it down. So how does it work? In a word, excellent! You just need to keep an eye on your batteries, but you'll lose range and that will be your clue. And I've had to re-center the gate a few times because the lock blots stopped lining up. That's the fault of our weather here in Vegas though. My only little gripe is the manual knob. It loosened once and I caught and re-tightened it. Missed it the second time and it fell off. But I'm sure I'll find it when I quit looking for it. :)

Muy buena cerradura electrónica, lo mejor es que si llega a tu casa un amigo de lo ajeno es muy difícil que acceda a esta excelente medida de seguridad, el no sabe donde esta ya que a diferencia de cerraduras electrónicas normales todo queda al interior de tu casa, y ya que el control tiene sistema de cifrado de clave es complicado que pueda usar algo para copiar la señal, a menos claro que cuando salgas de casa este a menos de 3 metros tuyos esperando que bloquees la cerradura para poder copiar la señal, pero seamos honestamos si sales de casa y ves a un tipo a menos de 3 metros sosoecharias de el

I added this to the inside of the man door on my cargo trailer. I like the fact that in case the main batteries go dead it incorporates a second back-up battery so you won’t accidentally get locked out. A well made secure lock

Made my garage safe

Due to the absence of an external access (key hole), this lock is Absolutely 💯% UnPickAble!!! Of course, if one had the hardware and knowledge one could conceivably still hack the remote frequency, but that's a lot less likely than someone having (or making) a lockpick!..

One of the remotes doesn't pair with the lock. I unpaired & paired 3 of them but one of them doesn't pair. I wanted the seller to send me one remote & then I'll return the broken remote controller to them. But they said it will take a month! The lockbox, lock, and remotes are brand new. But t has a lot of problems. Just I find the lock Bluetooth doesn't work as well. I can not set it up with the phone App. It was a really bad experience for me with this product. I never suggest this lock to other people. Waste of time and money.

Purchased on 19 February, now is not work anymore. The door lock can receive the open/lock signal but the motor cannot turn the lock to left or right. Only used 4 months, so sad!
