tiiwee A1 Alarm System for Home - Window Alarm Door Alarm with Remote Control - Door Alarm

Having owned a tiiwee A1 system for over 2.5 years I thought I'd add a review. I've installed this in my shed, using the sensors on the window and door. The alarm gives me peace of mind given the number of burglaries these days, and works well (thankfully I've not been burgled but the family sometimes forget to disarm it and get a fright!). Operation via the remote is a breeze - it has good range and I can use it from within the house which is a good 15m away. I've changed the batteries several times during my ownership which is a straightforward job. If the main unit's battery is low it'll beep at you so you know.I've had reason to contact customer service at tiiwee (after the warranty expired) and was delighted with their reaction - sending out (free of charge) a new component in next-to-no time. Many other companies could learn a thing or two from tiiwee!All in all I can recommend this system if you're looking for a simple and effective alarm.

I bought this alarm system to fit to my newly built summerhouse. Installation was a breeze and I had the system installed and working within 15 minutes of opening the package. Being a totally wire free system. Is a huge bonus.I also bought the motion sensor to compliment the door sensors which gave some extra piece of mind. The A1 system came pre-paired and adding the motion sensor was easy.The alarm is very loud for it's size and would certainly scarper all but the most determined intruders. The only concern I had was that I wouldn't hear the alarm from my bedroom whilst sleeping, however this was easily solved by the purchase of an additional siren which I paired to my existing sensors and remote very quickly and mounted in my bedroom.The system has good range, I can arm and disarm the alarm from any point on my property and the bedroom siren reliably picks up the sensor signals.Would recommend to anybody looking to add additional security to their garden buildings.

Appears to be of good build quality and works well once installed. Quite easy to install but the door and window sensors are 2 parts and magnetic so both parts of the sensor must be flush with each other (max of 5mm apart) which means the door or window surrounds must be flush with the closures themselves. My doors and windows are not flush with their surrounds so I had to devise something to level them up but seems to be working okay so far.

Semplice da installare e utilizzare.

Meine Siedlung wird abgerissen, und ich muss ausziehen.Das dauert aber lange bis die andere Wohnung renoviert ist.Es sind in meiner Gasse fast alle schon weggezogen.Jetzt wird dauernd eingebrochen in die Gartenhütten.Jetzt habe ich diesen Alarm überall in meiner Gartenhütte befestigt.Das war recht einfach.Da ich es mit Klebestreifen,die dabei sind befestigt habe.Man könnte es auch anschrauben.Wo mir nicht ersichtlich war wo die Schrauben an den Alarm angebracht werden müssen.Aber der Verkäufer hat mir sofort geantwortet auf meine Nachricht.Die Fernbedienung ist toll.Der Alarm ist sehr laut.Aber man sollte den Alarmsender nicht in der Hütte montieren.Da hört man ihn nicht gut.Ich habe ihn versteckt angeklebt.Ich habe 4 Stück angebracht.Mit der Fernbedienung einfach bedienen.Auch der Ton ist verstellbar.Alarm oder Türklingelton.Nach 2 Minuten Alarm schaltet er sich aus.Das ist sehr gut,denn wenn ich nicht zu Hause bin,wäre das ein Problem.
