What are winding instructions ?

This is a mechanical watch and must be hand wound every several days to keep it running. Wind the crown clockwise approximately 40 to 50 turns, until you feel a slight resistance, then stop winding. If you force-wind past this point, you will break the mainspring.

Do you get the Hamilton warranty?

You have to check with the seller ... if the watch is discounted, I doubt you get the warranty from Hamilton.
