Really like Kroil in any form, the spray can is really helpful for rusty bolts abs screws.

This stuff works well. It has a distinctive smell, so I recommend using it in an area with ventilation.

I have been using this product my entire life. It is amazing for doing exaust manifolds, turbos and any other mechanical work with rusty hard to loosen nuts and bolts. This oil is hard to find and I am soon pleased that Amazon has it. If you don't have this on the shelf in your garage you are not doing yourself any favors. This is a must for mechanics farmers and any other handyman doing DIY projects. There isn't another oil on the market that even begins to compare. Product recommended by local gun smith. Got to try it today after a range day. Seems to work well. Will continue using it on other firearms and see how it does.

The advertisements for this product (Aero Kroil) would have you believing that after a few quick sprays and five minutes, you can loosen fully rusted bolts on 18-wheelers and commercial aircraft. If you believe that, you might want to try the wonderful palm tree laden estates beside the ocean in Nome, .... Alaska.I had an older Cannondale dual suspension mountain bike that I am fully restoring and needed to remove the rear swingarm for painting purposes. I applied two 8 mm hex keys into the opposing sides of the main swingarm bolt and applied about 50 N m of torque with no go. I then broke out my break bars and applied about 70 N m of force and still, ... no go. So, I decided to try me some Aero Kroil. I applied to one side and let it seep in for a full 24 hours and then did the other side for another 24 hours. I then heated the bolt up slightly with a heat gun and using my breaker bars, again applied roughly 70 N m of torque and it released. Nothing snapped, nothing broke, ... just proper release. (What had happened is that the installers at the Cannondale factory had applied blue Loctite to the the steel bolt which had become rusted due to humidity instead of the proper anti-seize.)So does Aero Kroil work? .... Yes, it does. Just don't have unrealistic expectations and allow it to fully work its chemical magic for a full 24 hours or more, and you will probably end up with good results. Four stars for me, mainly because of the ridiculous price. You would think they are making this stuff out of diamond dust mixed with platinum particulates. Ridiculous price, ... good product.

This penetrant is so good, I was able to get loose 25 year old exhaust bolts like they were brand new, it did not put up a fight at all they came right out no problem. I soaked a week in advance and sprayed it again 2 more times in that week period. It got all the way into the threads. Highly recommend, I don’t think there’s a better penetrant out there

Excellent product, pricey though

KROIL IS THE BEST PENETRANT, i used it to remove rusted 24 year old exhaust studs on my driver side, as when i did the passenger side, i used PB and all the bolts snapped. Kroil kept all of my studs in good shape.
