I reached out to them and they sent a new one no questions asked it came in two days and it’s perfect! Great little fan. I did a video on this. Bought it for a friend for there desk. They love it and say it has enough speed. I dont think it does.

Really love this fan. Great power and it stays charged all night. I also really like the aesthetic on my night stand. Not this big bulky fan- instead it’s stylish and pretty quiet. Would for sure recommend!

I really loved this fan initially. It’s pretty, it’s quiet and it was just the right amount of breeze that I needed at night, BUT it completely stopped working after three days of using it AND the battery life was horrible. Had to keep it plugged in to keep it running all night. I am sending this back and will have to find something better. Don’t waste your time on purchasing this.

It's cute and well sized, but it isn't very strong. At its highest setting, it doesn't keep me cool at night. So that's unfortunate. Also, the essential oil part doesn't really function the way it's supposed to. The oil just sits there and the air doesn't circulate the scent at all. And while it can function without being plugged in, it won't last more than a couple of hours, so good luck running it while you sleep. Alternatively, you can plug it in to run it all night, but the lights are very bright (not the optional rainbow colored lights, the button lights that you can't turn off), so that's not recommended. Overall, it would probably make a great desk fan or likewise, but it's not great for a sleep fan.

Ease of use

I bought one for myself last year. My bathroom doesn't have a ceiling fan or window where I sit and do my hair and makeup and I get so hot. I was looking for something small that I could put in that area to keep me cooler so my makeup doesn't melt off before I can get out of the house. I saw that this one and move it around because you can use it without the cord. I fell in love the first time I used it! Oh my, I'm shocked at how much air this thing puts out considering how compact it is. It's quiet too. I love that you can charge it and it will run (on low) for 7-8 hours (all night). The electricity goes out from storms from time to time in this area and it's always so hard to sleep when the a/c goes off. It's such a comfort to know that I have my little fan at the very least. I was so happy with this purchase I bought another for my son and he loves it as much as I do. He uses it in his room because it gets hot in there with the TV and computer on at the same time. This fan is the perfect solution and I'm so happy I found it!
