I have tried several different probiotics, and most have left me feeling bad or super gassy. These are the first ones I have ever had that don't make me gassy or have a terrible after taste. I'm a fan for life.

Product arrived on time. Seems to be working, but need more time of use to be certain. Wish the product was not in a single serve foil. Most capsules can be pushed through the foil. Need scissors to cut open.

This is my third month taking this probiotic and I swear it has been life-changing for me!I always thought I had a good and functional gut, but I started having some bloating and digestive issues awhile ago so I decided to invest and start taking a good probiotic.I am very careful to what I put in my body so I did do some research first.So far this one has been my go-to and I feel immediate difference right after I take it.WARNING: It did give me headaches when I took it with an empty stomach. I take my pre-workout with an empty stomach before working out in the morning with my vitamins and its always worked well for me. So I thought that taking the probiotic would be just fine. But I started having headaches till I figured the only new thing I had started doing was the probiotic. So, I changed the way I take it and the best way for me is right after dinner. I sleep better, since it starts working immediately, and I feel lighter too, and no more headaches ;)I hope this helps anyone who is looking to start introducing a probiotic in their routine :)

It's the only probiotic I've been able to tolerate ever. I've tried at least 10 different products in the past.With this brand I don't have many side effects and in fact can sometimes notice benefits in digestion. Will keep this product close and take as needed.
