Excellent! Held injection pens at refriged temperature during 17 hours from USA to Europe (2 flights and layover). No issues while showing to security. Be aware that the large Nomad holds 5 Tymlos pens, which are bigger than some other medication pens.

Exactly what I needed! Works great , originally ordered the smaller size, this size works much better for larger pens. Would definitely recommend!
