Works with multiple vehicles.
Works like it should. Truck had no way of checking transmission fluid without going to a dealership. Thanks to this product and the chart included I was able to accurately check the transmission fluid. Great product.

Transmission dip stick
It isn't like a regular transmission dip stick. Push it in pull it out, look at minimum and maximum lines. This one is measured by temperature of the fluid. It comes with a diagram, that you have to look at it to see if it's between minimum or maximum. It's a good product

Likely saved my transmission.
When they say modern transmissions are "filled for life". They mean for the life of the warranty.I pumped out about 3 quarts that were black and replaced 3 quarts. Ordered this to double check and it was a 1.5 quarts low. The instructions were very handy.Yes, it's too long but that's because it's meant to work for many different vehicles. So the extra length is a good thing. Dealerships are the last place I ever want to have my car worked on. That includes checking fluids. Seems well made but I'll update if it falls apart.

What I expected.
I haven't used it yet, but the dip stick is what I was expecting and will help me with my maintenance. It came with the graph style measure I will need for refilling and checking my transmission fluid. I'm very happy with the price too!

Not what I thought it was
So maybe I read it wrong, but I thought was a dip stick I could read fluid with and leave in and not have to put old cap back on. Nope I was wrong.
