NON-stick!
I have used this set for months. I use olive oil to coat the pan. NOTHING has stuck, even once! I DO have a gas stove; Don't know if some complaints are from people with electric stove tops where the heat goes PAST the size of the pan???? My handles all look JUST FINE.

good pans for the price
these pans have been very useful. only issue I have is washing them. without using a hard scrub (which isnt advised) its hard to get all of the stains off.

These aren’t only beautiful, they’re really non-stick and adding the peace of mind of knowing they don’t release toxic chemicals, they’re winning. I should’ve ordered the whole set, with the pots.

Not safe!
The plastic part on the handles of the two smallest pans (the only ones I have used) singed from the fire on my stove. I didn’t give them a chance to catch on fire, but the smell was awful and there is a black mark on both handles. These do not seem safe! I have used once.
