Yup they work
They work! Don't know how long for, I've just installed them on my e39 2001 bmw and they work. I first had to send my abs module to get repaired and then i bought these. I can finally see how fast I'm going. I also failed smog the last time, because they couldn't tell how fast the car was traveling and so I automatically failed. But now I can take it back and finally pass. Whew!!!

... 528it(wagon) and the blue part on the end seemed like it wouldn't go on right
I installed this on my 2000 528it(wagon) and the blue part on the end seemed like it wouldn't go on right. I took it off and put it back 3 times, tried wiggling it and it still wouldn't slide into place. Finally I used a ton of force and pressed it until it clicked into place. Put the car back together, started it up and nothing... Still had the same fault code. Took the car apart again and unplugged the sensor to find that the two wire prongs inside the blue housing were crushed and folded over. I still had the oem sensor so I cut the wires on the new and old and spliced the old receiver housing onto the new sensor, which fixed the problem. I would not recomend this part as it doesn't fit correctly.
