The customer service is excellent! I had minor issues with my kit and they went above and beyond to address the issue! The installation was super easy I highly recommend these. The quality is just as good as the expensive ones. If you are looking for good airbags at a good price buy these you won’t be disappointed!

Quality seems good..... instructions a little choppy but with any mechanical knowledge at all you can figure it out .

I’ll start out the review by saying I wish I could give them 3.5 the kit is pretty nice, and seems to be comparable quality to other much more expensive brands. When you first open the box, the box was pretty damaged and there were no instructions WHAT SO EVER so I had to figure out how to put the kit on pretty much with nothing to go off of, luckily it’s a pretty self-explanatory and bolts up pretty easily. They mount by wrapping two bolts around your frame, and then a bracket around the bottom of your axle. I did contact customer support, asking for instructions, and they simply told me they just do not have any for this model…. Overall, the kit took me about an hour to put on, nothing too crazy. You do have to remove your factory bump stops by prying them out with a screwdriver, and then they mount around the factory bracket. Overall, I’m happy, just wish they had a little better quality, packaging, and some instructions.

2022 GMC Sierra 2500 they work really good easy to install I plugged it into Bluetooth air compressor for more easy control. I pulled my dually trailer with my tractor and it feels really good very established let's bouncing on the freeway I put it up to 50 psi with heavy weight I don't recommend to put more than that.

Good product easy install took about 2 1/2 hours help the ride when pulling my 5th wheel took away the squatting

It’s a great product. The material that is sent is not looked over before it is sent out. There is no separate packaging for each part. They are all thrown into a bag together. Also there were bolts that were missing but I was lucky to find some at a hardware store. Installation was a pain but all in all it was worth it. I just wish they would label the parts in separate bags and make sure to double check before sending them out.

Se miran muy bien los instalé y quedaron perfectos ahora solo hay que ver cuánto duran. Y se me olvidaba cuando los instale prendí el compresor y tenía fuga no llegaba el aire al amortiguador . En la T dónde se juntan los 2 amortiguadores se escapaba el aire no lo se tal vez son un poco de mala calidad las mangueras o las conexiones. T también para inflar los se tarde más o menos un minuto o menos .pues se verá con el tiempo esperaré y comento luego. .y se olvidó lo estuve revisando está un poco alta un lado derecho no sé si la bolsa es un poco más grande que la otra o se está llenando de aire más que la otra no es mucho es una pulgada y media de diferencia.pues las instale igual como dice las instrucciones que venían con las bolsas de aire .y también no se adaptan a una Chevrolet colorado 2005 .tuve que ingeniarmelas y hacer unos agujeros más , con rosca para poder ponerlos pero al final quedaron muy bien.

I bought this kit for my 2016 Chev 2500. After reading reviews about not enough mounting hardware…I can say my kit had more than needed. The upper mount they suggest bolting to the frame if you have a fifth wheel and I did buy some self tapping bolts for that…but I likely could have used the provided u-bolts with my fifth wheel mount. The kit fit perfectly. I did modify the e-brake cable clamp on the LHS just because I didn’t like how it fit…but the kit was good. I decided half way through the install I would add a compressor and ride control switches, but the provided schrader valves worked fine.

These are best installed strait into the garbage can. Firestone was out of stock so I bought these. The instructions are poor at best. Passengers bracket had to be modified so the airline port could be mounted facing the back. The kit comes with a ton of hardware that doesn't actually have any purpose yet shorts you on 2 mounting bolts that you do need. Fittings at the bags are propper push in fittings but the air supply valves are garbage. Picking up propper push in one's tomorrow. All in all don't rush/ cheap out and buy these. Buy the firestones

Took me less than 2 hrs to remove old bags and brackets and to install these ones, rides ok so far, only thing was the bags were a bit smaller than my last ones so need more air to get ride height, Im heavy tho, 3500 with slide in service box full of tools, seem great for the price, true test will be once I get back out to the field
