What a bargain, bought this for my 9 year old daughter, was really impressed with the products for the price of the calendar, even I have used some of the make-up. Would buy again!

My daughter is absolutely loving this calendar. It’s a perfect gift for a ‘preen’ as it helps bridge the gap between little girl and teen. I’d looked at a lot of makeup based advent calendar’s, but I felt the price points were too high for my daughters age bracket. I’m sure that will come over time, but for now she’s delighted with this calendar. We had bought individual items from the brand on the high street, so we already knew it was suitable for her skin. The colours are vibrant and fun. It’s well designed and the items are packaged well. There is a good selection of hair and age appropriate makeup products. She is particularly liking the scrunchies and lip glosses. A perfect gift for those who are just beginning to experiment with makeup!

There is nothing much to dislike, not a big fan of the mirror, but that seems to be a standard filler item in all advents. Other than that, this is a great W7 calendar, with very usable make up and it’s under £20. Win, win 👍

I was a bit worried due to some reviews but I was pleased. Many are small sample size items but it’s just an advent calendar. Quality larger items cost a lot more. I feel it ideal for young teens just starting to use makeup. I also think it’s a shame a picture on the back shows everything in it and I also think it a shame that as you remove the box you see a plain cardboard background before replacing the box to cover it. Not the end of the world but cheapens it’s look a little.

I was excited to finally purchase an advent calendar that features something other than chocolate, but I honestly found this a bit underwhelming. The size of the products are tiny!! They are great to put in your pocket when you're not bothered to bring a bag, but I wish there were at least 2 full sized products in this. For the price, the quality is good. Not awful but probably won't purchase again.
