This thing is glorious. Listen, there are a lot of reviews on this. Some of them not great. Damaged arrivals. Imperfections. Those things aside, this thing is worth the money. Now, I don’t know that the metal cup part that sits within the helmeted skull was supposed to pop out, but I’m thankful that it does because it makes it way easier to clean. Just gotta find some small cushions to glue inside the cup to keep the glass snug inside the skull part. It’s heavy too. So if you’re out to get sauced, you better alternate cause this mug will make you earn it. I use it for beer, mead, coffee, the blood of the innocent, a nice Earl Grey. Really any delicious beverage. It’s just sad they had to kill a Hobbit to make it. (UPDATE: Found a nice stick-on pad to balance the cup in the skull. Also, since the item as it came was a little plain, I used my acrylic paints to add accents to. Will spray the mug with fixer and it’s even more glorious!)

I've had this mug for well over 3 months and I can honestly say that it brightens my day filling this up with a fresh cup of coffee in the morning. The actual tumbler you drink out of is removable which is great because I can only hand wash my dishes, so I don't need to worry about getting soap residue on the decorative parts of the mug. As for the decorative parts, it feels like a sturdy, heavy, medieval tankard that just feels satisfying to pick up by the horns. I was a bit skeptical of the quality when I saw the "Made In China" label, but this mug has withstood a solid 3 months of use and abuse by rowdy sailors with no signs of wear, so I honestly recommend this as a welcome addition to any home dining set.

DUDE THIS THING IS SO AWESOME!!!!! It looks so cool in person. It's pretty big which isnt a bad thing. You can remove the inside cup where the liquid actually goes so it's easy to wash and won't damage the cup. Good price too!. I got it for my brother for Christmas and I know he is going to love it!!! I know this is going to be a staple item in my brothers everyday life so im super excited. one of the coolest gifts ive given

I absolutely love this item. It looked cool in the pictures but it's even better in person. The level of detail is fantastic and it's definitely not made out of some cheap material as its got some weight to it, which only furthers the viking presence. I also love how the aluminumber sleeve slides out of the cup so o can just wash that component or throw it in the dishwasher and not worry about damaging any of the rest of it. I'd buy this again in a hearbeat.

I well made, heavy and cool looking mug. I don’t know how great it’ll be for actually drinking coffee. The middle cup part comes out very easily and I feel like while drinking it would slip out but my husband can also use it to hold pens and stuff in his desk at work. A pen holder for $20 though, not really worth it.

Gave this as a Christmas gift to my nephew. He loves it and uses it every day.

Gave this to a coworker who is a big D&D fan.He loved it and said it is well made and easy to clean. That is what I was hoping for as I have bought similar items that were either hard to clean, water would get inside or were just made poorly. Not this mug/stein. This one is awesome.

I bought this as a gift for a friends birthday. They absolutely loved it, when I opened the package i was amazed by the product and the weight of it. In all honesty I almost kept it for myself, even my house mate was in awe of this glorious mug/cup. I know a lot of people have complained that the metal lining is "loose" it fits snug enough to drink from but is easily removed for cleaning so you don't have to wash the decorative parts. Will definitely purchase another for myself in the future.

High quality resin, chipped at the angle when it arrived.That said, im hesitating whether to return, coz even when chipped at that spot, still looks cool.It does give out a weird smell though, so im not sure if it is safe for drinking.
