Q: Is the 660 lb load capasity for total weight of the machine including rider?

Not sure about the load capacity. If it helps I used them on a Chinese quad with a weight of 300lb and I weigh 200lb. I never had an issue or bottomed out with these. I did adjust them to be a little stiff.

When you have 12mm bolts you can fit them on your bike. When you have 10 mm bolts you have to press the standard 12mm bushings out and replace wih 10mm.
