Killed the lice & eggs. I did not see any lice 1 week after treating, but I applied a 2nd application to be certain. Scalp was kind of irritated, so I like that this product was gentle on the skin.

I purchased this product based off of a recommendation from a friend. She has used this product and had let me have her partial last bottle. In the meantime I ordered two more. It was not completely effective when I used the gifted bottle, and when I went to return this worthless product, I wasn’t able to. Now I am out $40. Just be aware that you cannot return any UNOPENED, UNUSED items.

I was disappointed to find that the bottle was only 2/3 full when I opened it. The size is quite misleading, and the company should consider using smaller bottles if they’re going to put in less product. Not only does this affect the environment negatively but it reflects badly on the company’s image. Despite this, the product works quite well.
