Popped letters and wrong numbers
Setting up on my husbands birthday and seeing how the letters are popped and won't inflate and low and behold they sent a number 5 instead of a 3 😬

Party Balloons!
UPDATE: the seller contacted me and said they would send me another balloon if my party hadn’t happened yet and apologized for the inconvenience. Fantastic customer support.Overall the product was great. The only problem was that the black “30” came with a hole in the 0 so we couldn’t use it. But all the other balloons were fine and it was super cute

Most of the package was damaged
Most of the balloons were damaged and had a hole, and the helium balloon also exploded when inflated. The product was mostly defective and it was a complete waste of money.

Great Product
Great decorations and easy to inflate. Have stayed inflated for 2 weeks, finally took them down. 30 year old loved the decorations.
